Meet Christie Huidekoper

Christie is a Vail-based real estate advisor who believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Since 2022, she’s been a key part of the Chadd Ziegler Team at Christiania Realty, participating in over $200M in real estate transactions and bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and momentum to every deal.

Christie is always keeping everything organized, on track, and thoughtfully executed—from early strategy through closing. She’s deeply focused on marketing and listing preparation as well, ensuring each home is presented in a way that resonates and stands out.

She works with a mix of local buyers and second homeowners and has a natural instinct for matching clients with the right home. She’s passionate about helping others experience the Vail lifestyle and community she knows and loves. Whether it’s a place to raise a family, spend holidays, or simply slow down and enjoy the mountains, Christie cares just as much about how a home feels as how it functions.

That appreciation for home extends beyond the transaction. Christie also offers interior design consultations for clients looking to refresh a room, pull a space together, or make a home feel more distinctly their own. From sourcing furniture and finishes to helping with layout, styling, and the overall direction of a space, she takes a thoughtful, functional approach to design—working with what clients already have when it makes sense and helping them identify the pieces that can make the biggest impact.

With experience across development projects, individual home sales, listing preparation, and interiors, Christie brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to the idea of home—from finding it to making it your own.

She lives in Vail with her husband and their ragdoll cat, Mooshu, and spends her time skiing, golfing, crafting, playing pickleball, or soaking up any sunny deck day she can. Outside of real estate, she volunteers with the Eagle Valley Humane Society, because finding the right home should apply to everyone!
